User Panel Tickets

Use tickets for connection issues, subscription link setup, questions about data or plans, payment checks, and refund requests. Log in, open the tickets page, describe the issue, and submit it. Add any follow-up details and check replies in the same ticket.

Response times depend on the issue and the current ticket queue; no fixed response time is promised. Check your ticket for updates after submitting it.

Email & Telegram

There is currently no public support email address or Telegram account, so this page does not provide contact links or response time estimates for these channels.

For account, order, or connection issues, use a ticket in the user panel. Do not send account details or payment receipts to contact accounts whose source you cannot verify.

Before You Submit

Describe what happened, when and where it happened, and what you have already tried to reduce back-and-forth. Use a clear subject, such as “Subscription import failed” or “Plan not showing after payment,” then add the details in your message.

Connection & Client Issues

Tell us which platform you use, the route name shown in your client, roughly when the issue occurred, and what happened: for example, whether you cannot connect, cannot access international websites after connecting, or are having trouble with just one service. Include the exact error message, if available. Before attaching screenshots, hide your subscription URL and sensitive account details.

If you have tried updating your subscription, switching routes, or reconnecting, include the results. You can also check the import steps in the Getting Started Guide, then add any unresolved steps to your ticket.

Plan, Payment & Refund Questions

For an order check, include the order details shown in the user panel, the payment method, and what status appears to be incorrect. Keep only the information needed to verify a payment receipt, and hide other personal details. Never send your account or payment password in a ticket.

This service offers 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, include the relevant order and your request in a support ticket. See the full policy in the Terms of Service. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; upgrade price differences are prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire.

What Happens After You Submit

Where can I check for a reply?

Log in to the user panel and open the tickets page, then select the relevant issue to view replies. If you need to provide more information, add it to the original ticket to keep the full context together.

No reply yet. Should I submit another ticket?

Keep the original ticket and add any new symptoms or changes in status there. Submitting the same information again can split the issue history. Check the ticket for the latest updates.

What if I can’t log in to the panel?

First, make sure you are on the official user panel and check that your username and password are entered correctly. No email address is required; accounts use a username and password. See Account and Subscription Help. Once you can log in again, use a ticket to resolve account, order, or subscription issues.
